All funds raised by Border Health Rocks will go to the Chula Vista non-profit Community Through Hope’s newest collaborative program: South Bay Street Medicine. Street Medicine is team based medical care brought to people who are living without permanent shelter. Street Medicine prevents death and illness on the streets while bringing humanitarian care to the unhoused. Chula Vista and the South Bay have never had a Street Medicine Program. South Bay Street Medicine will bring a much needed and innovative new resource to the South Bay.
